For the past decade, our multidisciplinary firm has enjoyed a great reputation for providing expert insight on a wide variety of business consulting engagements.
Galíndez LLC was formerly known as FPV & Galíndez, created as a Professional Service Corporation in 2007, as the result of a merger between FPV & CO., PSC and Galíndez CPA Group, PSC. Both practices had been recognized among the top echelon in Puerto Rico, creating a perfect synergy for all parties. Later, in February 2013, the audit and tax practice managed by certified public accountants Rafael Nieves, Kenneth Rivera, and Axel Ramírez became part of our firm. The addition of these three professionals, along with their associates, produced an exponential expansion of our service menu and grew our knowledge base by leaps and bounds. In the latest evolution of the brand, we kicked off 2022 as Galíndez LLC, and continue to be recognized among the top 10 largest in Puerto Rico.

We have established a policy and practice of early and constant communication with federal and state cognizant agencies. This practice has enabled us to identify and solve auditing and reporting issues at the earliest stages of each engagement. This practice also helps avoid last-minute surprises, unmet expectations, and rejected reports. Further, for the past three years, there have been no disciplinary actions taken and no matters are pending against our firm with Puerto Rico or Federal regulatory bodies or alike professional organizations.
