10 Feb Events: FPV & Galíndez IT Experts Discuss Information Security and Your Financials
ISACA Puerto Rico, the local chapter of ISACA, an international association that serves IT Governance professionals, will be hosting on February 25th, 2021 a webinar entitled “How can Information Security affect Financial Statements?” This insightful seminar will be led by FPV & Galíndez’s own IT specialist Wilfredo Vega Pujols and Amir Lopez Ortiz CPA, both with extensive knowledge and experience in an array of cybersecurity requirements for business and accounting and SOX compliance respectively.
In the seminar, we’ll have an in-depth discussion of current IT risks and how these can impact an organization from a financial perspective. In addition, the dissertation will include how a business can improve its IT security from the cost versus benefit viewpoint. FPV & Galíndez have consistently championed the IT security needs of their many clients including the valuable healthcare industry that has been specifically targeted by cybercriminals. Our firm is committed to assisting our community to prepare themselves to effectively overcome any challenges and make 2021 a successful business year.
